Family Contact Centre
Astha provides independent & unbiased supervised contacts for children with their non-residential parents and guardians. Astha provides a safe and neutral environment(venue) for children and young people to contact their family and loved ones. Trained staff ensure a smooth change over & contact supervision and assess families in conflict working towards their betterment.
We at Astha believe in nurturing the rights of children, promoting their welfare and ensuring their growth and development.
Types of Contact – Astha offers two types of contact:
1. Supported contact is offered where there is an agreement that the contact parent can look after the child without supervision.
2. Supervised contact is specifically devised for families where the court or the allocated social work team determines that there is a need for the contact to happen in a supervised environment due to the number of concerns.
