Domiciliary and Out Reach
The Out Reach Care packages encompasses a high quality of domiciliary care and support service for children, adults and older people allowing them to live independently in their own homes. Astha’s dedicated and experienced staff are able to offer services to an extensive list of needs, which includes individual: over 65 years old, recovering after hospital discharge, with a physical or learning disability, with hearing or sight impairment, mental health problems or dementia, drug or alcohol problem,chronic or terminal illness.

We are firm believers that independence is itself liberating and empowering. Each person is listened to carefully and their needs assessed by the Out Reach programme.
