Job Title: Domiciliary Care Worker
Location: London, Greater London & Leeds (West Yorkshire)
Astha is looking for Domiciliary Care Workers who will be responsible for providing personal, domestic and other support services in the home and community. Applicants are required to have one or more of the following:
- Experience and Knowledge of working in care
- Appropriate professional development or training
- Experience of working with elderly, people with disabilities and other care needs
- Experience of keeping clear and concise detailed records of care given
- Multi-lingual
- Proven written and oral communication skills
- Proven team experience
- The ability to work with a team as well as work on your own
- Ability to give guidance, information and support to service users
- Proven ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Proven planning and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with service users
